Returns and Exchanges Policy
We're a small handmade brand and each piece is made with care.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or color preference.
However, we always want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund — you won't need to send anything back unless we request it.

Why Returns Are Not Accepted
Because our pieces are worn by pets and are made with silicone beads and elastic cord, returned items can't be safely resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
We appreciate your understanding and support of a small handmade business.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If it has a minor issue, we may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Australia. All orders are packed with care and shipped via Australia Post with tracking.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping method, and public holidays.

Processing Times

During busy periods or handmade restocks, processing times may vary slightly.

These estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control.
If your parcel is delayed, please allow additional time and check tracking updates. If your parcel appears lost, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
